For non flight bookings:

Full refund minus Rs.2000/- processing charges for cancellations till 30 days before the trip.
50% refund for cancellations on a 14-30 day period before the trip.
25% refund for a 7-14 day period.
No refund if cancellation on a period less than 7 days.
